LG Monitor died?

Hey,

Just looking for some advice. Below is the email I sent to LG UK Customer Support.


Hello,

Started my pc this morning and I am getting no picture on my monitor, There is power to it as I can see the screen is backlit and plus I hear the beep sound to say its turning on. Tried various different cables (2 different display port cables and 2 different HDMI cables which work on 2 more monitors I have. This isnt a PC or Cable issue because as I said I have 2 other monitors which work with no issues at all.

Only had the monitor just over 1 year bought from overclockers UK.

Model number: 34GK950F

Can provide proof of purchase if required and also the product was registered on the LG website for extended warrenty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have gone from a Superior 144hz 34" IPS Ultrawide panel to 2 really bad monitors haha

Is emailing LG the only way forward for me or can I see what OCUK has to say? I mean as I said I purchased it over 1 year ago now (Think 8/11/19) so im guessing OCUK cant do anything for me?
