LG OLED power on show HDMI not Live TV?

Hello,

This has been bugging me for ages, when powering on my LG C9 it defaults to live TV, I've not got an ariel... (Virgin)

Is there a way to change the default to HDMI?

Apparently:

"That will stop the TV from trying to update its channels while in standby, which is what's causing the TV to revert to Live TV."

Settings>All Settings>Programmes>Programme Tuning & Settings>Programme List Update>Off.

Not tried it yet, but hopefully this should do the job.
