Hi guys,

I'm looking for a new kickass big TV as I sold my old 1080p projector.

It's going in a 6m x 5m room (probably 4.5m viewing distance)

I'm going to use it for films (driven by an anthem mrx 710 with paradigm speakers and a PC running plex), gaming, and as the spectator screen for my Vive as well. I don't watch any sports, and not interested in 3d (aside from the Vive!)

I narrowed it down to the two in the title, but I'm after a second opinion and any others I should consider.

OLED does seem the way to go but hdtvtest's review of the Panasonic said it gave them a run for the money. Also, the OLED is very expensive, but I've heard the B6V doesn't have the same chipset so I fear my not get all the new updates to improve it.

Also please find me a place in switzerland selling it for under 800 quid ta ;)

Interesting, as the hdtvtest review mentioned that, but then said the updates have made some stuff better.

I will have to have a look at it up close to decide. Thanks for the heads up.
