LG Shine Bluetooth problem!

Hi guys, i can send files through bluetooth but not receive any. People can't connect to my phone using bluetooth Anyone have any ideas why this might be? i've definitely set the options to be 'visible' and bluetooth is on.

sorted it out.. bit wierd. Turned all the options off > turned phone off > turned back on > set options on > turned phone off > turned phone on... it works. Wierd but
