LG Shine On O2 Contract-Info Needed

Right, basically got the above on contract yesterday, 600 mins 500 texts, I was told there is an automated number to ring and O2 will text you with the status of the contract (how many mins and texts are left), does anyone know this number as I cant find it in any of the leaflets I was given.

Also I was told something about calling a number to get a full monthly allowance with taking the policy out part way through the month, the statement said i get 100 texts, there was so much info to take in at the time she said something about a number to call to get the other 400 texts in my allowance.
