My lg tv has lost the satalite signal to several channels.

I have checked the connection on the LNB and the direct Connection on the back of the tv. No issues.
I have performed a reset of the tv, that defaults the
Satellite is set to ASTRA 28.2E, LNB frequency 9750/10600.

Transponder is set to 10714, H, 22000 - signal strength is showing at 0%signal quality - 0%
Tried alternative frequencies which show above 84% and 100%, but am not sure what the correct frequency should be.
so the channels a number of the freesat channels are still displayed as no signal.

Initially I tried that, had no signal. Most likely because I am unsure which LNB frequency and transponder frequency to set it to, so the same issue occurred

The other issue was trying to find and lnb that would fit on the existing dish arm. I sent that back as it was not compatible

A mixture. It’s the freesat channels
Some of the HD channels broadcast by Freesat are now transmitted by Astra 28.2 F/G. Same satellite cluster as 28.2 D/E, but they transmit at lower power.

If the dish isn’t perfectly aligned with the correct LNB skew angle, these lower power HD channels can be very hard to lock onto.

I tried adjusting that to the same angle as my neighbours.
Same issue. I might have to bite the bullet and call an engineer to fit a new LNB and test it again
