LG UH770V and Sky Dish

So I'm trying to hook the dish...

I can go through the auto tuning and it finds 170+ channels and a load of radio ones...

When the scan is finished and saved, the channel EPG shows, channel info shows but when selecting a channel nothing comes on and it says no signal...

It's really annoying now... Been searching around and found some manual settings and the same happens... with the manual settings you can see the signal strength and it's at 0..

The dish works with Sky Q, scans when in the TV... just nothing is displayed...

Think I've found the answer...

With Sky Q they install a new LNB that's not compatible with freesat equipment... they can install a legacy one that will still work but it's a request at install time...

I wonder if I can get sky to replace the older LNB as they want all the other equipment back...

Got to ask the question, if you already have Sky Q why would you even be interested in Freesat ?
Thing is, Sky have known for ever that anyone that's an EX customer can just use Freesat with one of there dishes. It makes perfect commercial sense for them to make that ability redundant once a Sky Q Lnb is installed.

My sky bill is about to be £100 and I don't get any value out of it with Netflix, prime and kodi.

I can get hold of the older LNB... I'll try to get sky to replace it first.
