LG UK support.

Hi all,

I've had a LG OLED C8 since April 2019 and it's always had a dark mark in the top left of the screen that seems to be getting worse.

I've attempted to call LG twice about this and both times they have taken my details and twice they have failed to call me back.

Does anyone have experience of LG support and what number is best to call.

The number I've been contacting is +443448475454.

Could also see
If they have a Facebook page
Emailing currys got me
Nowhere fast
Yet on Facebook they answered me
Within an hour
And resolved my issue
By next day

Have you tried contacting the retailer you purchased from ? You might get better luck. Unless it was direct from LG.

Yea they just told me that I had to contact LG and sent me a written receipt
