I am wondering, I have an Asus Square cooler the ugly orange one and have ordered a TRUE 120(hasn't arrived yet).
I just bought a Silverstone TJ09 thats arrived along with the extra case fans.
Can I use the backplate from the Asus cooler with the TRUE 120? I dont want to connect everything in the case to then have to take the motherboard out again to connect the backplate that comes with the TRUE 120.
In theory it should be fine as its just a backplate and the holes are all in the same place as its the same socket. I know I have to replace the bracket but thats fine as its on top of the mobo so easily done.
If it needs to be the TRUE 120 specific backplate I think I will hold off putting everything into the new case until it arrives.
