Lian Li 011 Dynamic Mini - with Standard ATX PSU?

I am toying with the idea of purchasing the Lian Li O11 Dynami Mini for my next build, however on review it suggest to use an SFX power supply. I really like the gloss black finish which you cannot get on the larger Midi-Tower model.

Has any managed to successfully work-around this and fit a standard ATX PSU to the mini case?

In short, no, the case is specifically designed with only SFX or SFX-L PSU’s only.

I’ve got one on pre order, and I’m going to modify it to fit a normal sized psu somehow.
I’ll know more when I’ve got it in my hands to look at for myself.

It put me off buying one because I'd need a new PSU. Wasn't much info about modding when I looked either, otherwise I might of still got one.

Did you manage to mod it? I am really close to buying one of these cases, but i am not keen on investing 150eur on a new PSU when i already have a "newer" RM850x on me.

I did mod mine to use an ATX psu. I cut out where the side rad goes and fitted it there. See the project thread I made to see some pictures
