Two completely different cases really...
The R3 is a silent case. It is designed for low noise, and if you build the right system in it it will be silent.
The Lian Li, breathes quality, and it's also a pretty good case if your tight on space as it uses some innovative layout techniques.
Both are good cases to be honest. But if you want something silent, then the R3 wins. Every time.
The Lian Li is just such a nice case because it's a Lian Li xD

Ugh, that hasn't helped me at all! 
I'm a complete sucker for quality, and it might just be the only thing I'd compromise quietness for! Baw!
