lian li cd/dvd drive bezel working in a non-lian li case?

I spotted the Lian Li C-02B 5.25" Aluminium DVD/CD Drive Bezel on OC and thought it was a great idea (better than DIY stealthing anyway)

I'd like to use this on my current case (Antec 900) but before I take the plunge I'd like to know if anyone else out there has got it to fit a non-lian li case. If so, how did you get it in and how well does it fit?

it has special brackets on the side to screw into lian li cases, with a bit of dremel magic you could get it to fit other cases, the hard part would be anchoring it

It's not too expensive to be worth a punt, as I'm not averse to dremeling etc. I think I'll include it in my next order
