Lian Li Galahad II Leaking

Hey all I was just switching pc cases and noticed what looks like water marks below my cpu block, I use a Lian Li Galahad and now Im not sure if I should replace the cooler or its all ok ?????? Any comments about the issue would very helpful Thanks

If it is water the drops seem very widespread which is unusual for a leak , would that be where the pipes come out of the block ?

No marks on the pipes or plastic fittings on the block, Didnt know if it may do it under pressure when hot ?

Yes GPU is working fine I have cleaned the marks off and put everthing in the new case as there was nothing on the connectors of the cooler so will keep a close eye on it.
