Got two of these fan not going quite white, seems a little yellowish.
Fan brightness is 75%

That’s normal, because white is generated by all LEDs and not by a white LED. Some fans may look whiter than others, but unless it uses white LEDs, bluish tint is the most common occurrence.

Correct unless they are RGBW then it's not going to be true white
 
I have had some of my infinity fans look a little yellow. But that was because I had a couple of 'sets' of fans running off a splitter into a regular argb hub. Once I ran each set individually into a powered argb hub the colours sorted themselves out.
It's not unheard of for white rgb to start permanently yellowing though unfortunately.

I've put them on a different colour for now, and reseating the connecters helped a bit.
