I have just finished a build with the Lian Li O11 air. Nice case and even ham fisted me has been able to make an OK job of cable routing. Only snagging issue I have is a rattling noise.

I have three 120mm fans mounted on the front - 1 is one of the fans that came with the case, and 2 others are corsair ones I salvaged from my old case. The bottom fan (which is the lian li one) emits a rattling noise which sounds exactly like an old style HDD churning away!

If I open the case and press lightly on the back of the fan (on the guard) the noise stops. If I take the front dust mesh off, the noise stops. I've checked the screws are tight so the fan can't wobble or anything, and also tried loosening slightly in case over tight. Does anyone have any ideas please?

swap that fan with a different to see if the issue is replicated. if still happens its not a fan issue. it would be the holes on the case as just not perfect and tightening of the screws is making the fan grill flex/vibrate. I had the issue before and solved by overtightening some areas and loosening the others. Another solution is getting one of the rubber/foan gaskets used between fans/radiator to pad the full fan area
