Im just looking at cases and i cant really see a case i like that doesnt cost at least £200. I quite like the P50B and i see that it has 2 fans at the top of the case are 140mm.

Do you think if i got 2x 140 to 120mm adapters i would be able to fit a Coolit Eco 240 using the 140mm fans that come with the case with the 2x adapters and 2x 120mm fans doing push pull?

With the adapters, radiator and fans it would be about 65-70mm thick from top of case to bottom of 120mm fan?

The only way i could see you doing it is to use the adapter you have listed but mount the 240 radiator to only one of fans. The reason been is that once you fit 2 of the adapters to the fans the distance between the 2 adapters will be too far apart as a 240 rad requires 2 x 120mm fans with a space between them of 15mm (thats screw hole of one fan to the next fans screw hole).

Ah good point.

Trying to find a case that will fit a 240 and 5970 thats not about 6 foot tall. I like the 700d but its too tall and too long its longer than my desk from back to front.

I would not recommend this case at all. After all of the hype surrounding Lian Li on here i got one of these when they were launched and i am not happy with it at all. It vibrates a lot, cable management is fairly poor, the side panels have a worse mounting system than most £30 cases and the build quality is not that good. Internal watercooling is almost impossible. You cannot fit a rad in the roof as you only have 20mm clearance between the base of the fans and the top of the motherboard. It will not take a 5970 either. A 120.2 may fit in the front but you are going to lose hdd space. There are far better cases available and some of them are much cheaper.
