You should be able to pick up some compatible LED's and swap them out. They are nothing special and I wouldn't imagine it is too difficult provided you own a soldering iron and a bit of patience. Google should hold the answers as to where you can get them and what type you need.
As above, just get some standard LEDs, heatshrink tubing and a soldering iron and replace them yourself. There have been quite a few people on here who have done the same, so they might be better at advising you what power and size LEDs you need.
