Hi all

I purchased the Lian Li PC-B25FB Aluminium Mid-Tower Case from OCUK and boy what a fabulous bit of kit! There is one slight problem though and I hope it's only limited to me and not everyone else who bought one....

The 3.5" Bezel at the front of the case is not cut correctly. I have a 3rd party card reader and 2.5" SSD caddy, these both fit in to my Zalman GT1000 3.5" case slot, however, they DO NOT fit flush with the 3.5" slot on the B25FB!
The slot is simply cut too small and wont allow either peripheral to freely move in and out of the 3.5" hole.

Does anyone else have this case and can confirm either way? Is this a design defect? If so, OCUK need to be aware of this.

Would appreciate some feedback.

cheers!

Sounds like a design problem, one that can be sorted with a dremel. Or possibly a file, your call. :P

I think it may be a problem with Lian Li's. I have a PC7 and my 2.5" drive converter is a very snug fit indeed, it went in but needed quite a shove as it was squashed against the sides. Can you get them in at all or is it seriously too small?
