I dont know if they are that cheap but the akasa 120mm ultra quiet 18dB fans are the best, i just wanted to know the dB of the lian li stock fans so i could decide if it were worth getting the akasas :D

Overrated specs tbh. :) Still quiet but there are others just as good (some are best at 7V/5V):

    Panaflo L1/M1
    Nexus
    Acoustifan
    Aerocool
    Akasa Amber
    Yate Loon

Aerocool do a 140mm fan you know they are ment to be very quiet,it come`s with a fitting kit so no mods are needed.

Just drop akaska ambers in, NOT the best but certainly the best in the price range and very quiet. I use two in my PC7 and honestly even with stock cooling on GPU/CPU I can't hear the PC.
