Lian-Li PC7 Plus Vibrations

Hi all, i've been getting a strange vibrating sound coming from my case, i've tightened all the screws to fans, hdds and dvd drives. The funny thing is i know its a component making the case vibrate as the noise stops when i take the side panel off :rolleyes:

Any ideas guys?

It's the sidepannel mate.

Mine does it, it doesn't sit quite snug enough to stop vibrations.

But I have music up loud so it's not like I notice it anyways really to be honest.

Try the old blue tack trick. that should help

I've got the old PC7 and found the easiest thing was to bend the hooks, assuming the side pannels are the same. Pretty much any moving component can make the pannels rattle if its not nice 'n' tight.

are the vibrations a common problem? ive had mine for a few months now and not had a single vibration outta my case

i had 2 rubber 'silient' pads that made a HDD fit into a 5 1/2 bay, it turned out that caused the top of my case to vibrate as in i could actually feel it. Removing that it was fine. The PC-7 plus doesnt seem designed with volume in mind

Mine does it at the odd time, not constantly, but every couple of days, hitting the sidepanel kicks it back into shape!
