Hello,

In this project I am trying to squeeze an i7 5820K, EK Predator 240 and a triple slot graphics card into a Lian Li PC Q37WX ITX case. The GTX 970 Hall of Fame will be used since I am still waiting for VEGA.

The specs:
1. CPU i7 5820K @ 4.5Ghz 1.22v
2. Mobo Asrock X99 ITX
3. Avexir Raiden series 2x8GB 2666Mhz
4. VGA Galax GTX 970 HOF (temporary)
5. Corsair SF600
6. Samsung 950 Pro 512GB

I was so excited and eager to start so forgot to take pictures of the case itself. So here is a image from the web.

I lost the I/O shield somewhere which is pretty annoying :(

The EK Predator 240 is big but this case says no problem.

Took me a few hours, 90% complete.

So far a few problems arised:
1. The coolant colour isn't exactly what I wanted. It is Mayhems X1 UV Clear Blue but the blue is pretty much nonexistent. This will be changed.
2. The CPU was running fine at 4.5Ghz with adaptive voltage of 1.22v for the past 8 months now it refuses to work at any kind of flexible voltage. It seems only work when I set a fixed 1.22v at 4.5Ghz.
3. The I/O shield.
4. The graphics card is too tall I can't put the side glass panel back in :D. VEGA please come soon!

Thanks for reading!

What UV lights are you using? I used the UV Clear Blue in my Titanium build (see sig) and it shouldn't be non-existent. It does fade over time, but if you can't see it at all something isn't right. I used the Darkside UV LED strips myself.

atm none uv light, just some uv from the RAM sticks.
However, when I received the coolant, the plastic cap seal was broken and the fluid was leaking a little. Also the inner seal showed some kind of mole (?) probably been stored for a good while.

I don't think that RAM has actual UV lighting. It may be a UV effect or called something which may suggest so, but it won't have a UV reactive property, certainly not to anywhere near the extent required to 'activate' that coolant anyway. I would recommend the Darkside UV strips, available from Mayhems. They do a good job. You will need a strip or two to actually see the effect. My coolant had a bit of brown around the top, so I don't know if that's necessarily a bad sign. You basically won't know until you get some proper UV lighting in there.

thank you! I have ordered 2x 14cm Darkside Blue led strips. Let's see how it goes!
PS: Your Titanium build looks stunning!

I think you misunderstood, you need UV lighting. The coolant you have is UV reactive, it won't react to blue light or any other colour, it will ONLY react to UV lighting. You need the Darkside UV strips, not the blue ones, and the coolant will still appear clear with anything other than UV.

Thanks I have sent them an email. Seems like my brain isn't working properly today.
