Hi I have just ordered an X1900XTX and need some advice regarding what would be best cooling set up for case temps.
The GFX card is meant to run at quite high temps so would like to keep this as cool as possible.
Because I am currently running SLI 2*6600GT's they dont seem to have too much effect on case temps.
Case (stock) has 120mm intake at front and 120mm output at rear (not using the blower fan as yet).
Would it be better to reverse rear fan to be intake and use Blower fan to
expel hot air out case
Any advice would be great
:)

Try it when the card comes, should be about the same.

With the V series it is really hard to say what will be best for your system.

Just try it is what I would say, should not be too bad as it is currently setup, if it is, reverse the rear fan and install the blower :)

If you need any help just post back, how you have it setup now is how I would start. Then maybe try the rear fan on its own as a intake, then add the blower if needs be.
