Hi
Are the Lian Li cases supposed to be really flexible in the shassie my new PC-201B seems really flexible from side to side and back and front.
And when i take the sides off its really flexible

cheers shads

yer my panels are quite thick but it all seems to twist in the body almost as if its not got much support in it :(

my A17 feels like tin foil but the A20 is much better but nowhere near the quality of the Silverstone TJ07 or 09/10 imo

My old a70 seemed to have quite thin panels
1,2mm so actually thicker than 1mm of high end steel cases.
It's light weight which makes them feel thin.

Thicker than that single layer is simply extra weight... For soundproofing you'll need adding combination damping mat or sandwhich like multilayer construction panel of different materials like in Antec P180-serie.

From what i have heard, the cheaper lian li cases ie, pc7 etc are made with slightly cheaper aluminum than the more expensive ones ie v1000z or something.

Still it shouldnt be a problem...is it a real issue or is it just one of those things that you may or may not notice?

That your mini blackhawk :D

well the one i have is not all the brill ,as for rivets loose could be but there does not seem much support in the corners to stop it twisting .

some lian li cases are a bit - wobbly

most ive built in have been solid - especially the TYR and V series

some have had a massive squeak to them and felt VERY flimsy [the ones based around the PC-A71 chassis]
