Has anyone managed to find out when these will be back in stock? My money has been taken and the stock has been "1-3 days" for far longer than 1-3 days! Before you say it I sent them a webnote and have had no reply :( plus the phone line is always jammed.

Would really love to know when these are back in as when I ordered it said "in stock" and I paid for next day delivery as it seems we all seem to have to!

Thanks gratefully for any assistance. :)

your bets bet would be to ring the shop or send them a webnote.

Don't let Yewen see your after a black one rather than a silver one ;)

Thanks dude but if you read my post you'll see I've tried both to no avail. no worries though :)

So - why does Yewen take an exception to the black version?! Yewen - are you of the opinion that the silver one is the better option? :D

i always preferred the black one and as soon i got the money for it it goes out of stock >: if it's not in within the next few days i think i may have to go for silver which i still like

Ya gibbo please can you give us a due date as i need to order one this week with a few HIS 1900XT's, as my other rig bits are coming sometime this week.

Your not allowed to ask for competitors either.
Its not hard to find other places with a basic bit of searching.

Exactly, lets keep competitor talk out, and if you are going elsewhere then it's easy enough to find stores.

When you get a PC7+ make sure its the +II version that you will actually get.

The differences are huge on the potential cooling, and the resale value of a +I is considerably lower now. OcUK have basically exclusively shipped +IIs to my knowledge for almost a whole year now.

Lian Li are having stock issue on a lot of cases, the fact they are removing some models from the range to replace them with the K60 and G7 in the near future does not help.

the ever helpful yewen arrives again :D

Do you have some sort of alarm that goes crazy when someone posts in your hood :p

Yeah, but gibbo doesn't appear when his name is mentioned in Yewen's domain...I think the's scared. :p

I really hope that the case comes in stock (as the PC7 plus II) soon because I really want the case and only want to order from two companies for parts....and I don't want the silver one...sorry Yewen.

Ye silver is a bit COUGH gay COUGH :D

Ok now serious stuff, yewen could you please measure the distance between the back of the case to the outside edge of the first hole on the top (blowhole) please :)

I'm looking at putting a 120mm fan up there and need to work out if it will fit, or block the psu.

cheers

Well I'd have thought that the PSU would block it, it won't block the PSU :p

I currently have a case very close to the size of the PC7, and if the 80mm blowhole is in the middle of the roof (which is appears to be from piccies) then you'd only be able to enlarge the 80mm hole to 120mm, there wouldn't really be suitable space behind the 80mm.

It wont fit unless the PSU is very short.

But the bigger question is, why would you want to do it?

120mm front and 120mm rear are more than enough, all the 80mm is there for is legacy tribute to the original case.

The replacement models are missing the blowhole as far as I know.

Well i think the stock blowhole looks like **** with its square grid like structure and would look far better with a fan of chosen colour in a circular cutout with a simple grill over it.

But from roug estimations il have positive pressure in the case with more airflow coming in than leaving which is less than idelal.

Really should get some sleep now, strongbow for the win :D

How can you have more in than out?

1 fan in, 1 matched fan out + PSU out...

my drunkardness talking

ok, standard 120mm fan at front intake and 120mm at back for exhaust. Then im having x1 panaflow 92mm in the base directly below the HIS cooler on the gfx, and another 92mm panaflow near the back of the 5.25" drives (in side window) which will blow cool air infront of the tuniq. Plus the PSU fan will make the output higher.

Im intending to run the front fan at a lower voltage of f a controller too....... actually im talking out my ass, airflow ratios will be negligable, and the tuniq wouldn't look out of place on the space shuttle heat shielding :D

Everything will be kosha !!!
