lian pc7+ fan noise

I've jUst got a pc7+ case, and an asrock dual mobo. what are the inbuilt fans like noise wise? its the first case I've had with fans in. its not mega loud but I'd like it a bit quieter. are there any fans better than those or is a fan controller a better option for reducing the noise when the pc is not under load?

how much quieter are they compared to the standard ones in the pc7?
 
thanks for the replies. I think ill swap the fans. What controllers are worth getting which will go with the blak case i have
