liberty city stories from steam sale isnt letting me play, GFWL pops up and asks for code, the hell

could someone please help

bought the pack with all 3 in, original and liberty city stories, went to play ballad of gay tony, and gfwl pops down saying bla bla needs code. what do i do :s tried inputting the code that popped up on steam in the redeem code part, no can do :/

its probly something really easy im not doing and im aware i could be making myself look really daft

Its not a redeem code you need but the game serial key then enter that from Steam via copy paste into GFWL where it asks & it will not ask again unless you rebuild your OS!

where in gfwl do i enter it ? sjhould i note my account is from my old xbox, and its showing ballad of gay tony DL - 3.67Gb etc :s do i need another account, or do i just simply put the code in, i just dont know where.

When you launch BOGT & the GFWL guide pops up it will ask you for the game serial number. Either hit the guide button on your 360 controller or home key on the kb if it does not appear. Also ensure your firewall is letting through the .exes for all 3 GTA4 games as well as the GFWL client.
