Library licenses

I'm looking to include libraries from this project in an app i'm working on: http://code.google.com/p/javamail-android/.

But i'm not sure whether this bit means that the code is licensed under all of those licenses simultaneously, or that I can pick and choose which license to use it under?

The source Code is available under same licenses as javamail which is :

CDDL-1.0
GPL-2.0
BSD

Yeah, it's licensed under all 3 so pick one. This is usually done to offer more flexibility to the developer where certain licences may not be compatible with a business model.
