Licence Key Management Software

The organisation I work for has thousands of licence keys for many software titles. Up to now, we have kept the keys stored in a custom Access database. I was wondering if anyone knew of a product which does the same job? Up to now, we havent had any problems using Access, but we would like to move to a professional product.

If anyone knows of a free product, that would be great too.
