If you had a full car license and a full motorcycle license for at least 3 years and you lost your car license due to say speeding does that automatically mean your motorcycle license becomes revoked aswell ?

If yes does it mean you have to retake and pass the theory tests for both car and bike aswell and the practical parts ? What is the time period that you must wait in between roughly ?

If you've had a full licence for 3 years your licence cannot be revoked for speeding.

The New drivers act comes into play if you have 6 or more points within 2 years of passing the test (with at least one endorsement being after passing the test). After the 2 years it would be disqualification.

A retest would only be required if a court specifically disqualified you until you passed a further test/extended test - which would mean you could not drive either category as a full licence holder until either a car or bike test was resat, but upon completion you could then drive both categories.

Equally if you were a car licence holder only and were revoked or disqualified until test passed and sat a bike test you would then get full car entitlement back as well.
