Wasn't myself by the end, completely switched off, even left my workout log book. Despite that, I'm pleased with the PB. I'm going to see how 150x3x3 goes next week, but before then I'm going to need to tackle this tightness in my chest and shoulders.
Next training day will be back at the Oxford bro down.
