Hi Everyone,
I’m leaving a PM/delivery role at the end of August and into a Life Cycle Management/assurance one in september. I’ll be looking after end of life/end of sale devices in telecom networks and making sure they (and the services they offer) are kept up to date; both physically and its configuration & firmware...as well as making processes and best practices etc etc.
I’ve got experience of updating networks in a project setting but little experience in a “service management” point of view. Does anyone know if there is any decent training courses or books that I can read up on for LCM? I’d like to add a string to my bow/some CV gumph.
I assume that it falls into a section of ITIL?
Cheers for any pointers all,
J/K
