seem to have done something to my leg so running is going to be abit hard and i dont want to damage it more. now at work i have just moved aload of tables and surprise surprise ive now gone and done my arm in to! lower arm just got a sharp pain even when apply my hand-break
so tomo gym session is going to be very very light. no weights it seems, but now im thinking just cardio but running isnt working for me due to my leg any idea what else i could do??
i have to use the gym to shower at the moment, so i have to go so might as well do something while im there
