Too much to ask I guess. A game like Speadfreaks (remember that?) on the PS1 with high res PC graphics and voice comms would be an insane hit IMO

For those that say Micro Machines - yes they are fantastic but local multiplayer only. The best "recent" MM game was V3, try getting that to run in proper HW accelerated 3D :eek:

hard work isn't the word! Easier to emulate the PS1 version tbh

Super Laser Racer.

Have a peek at Renegade Ops as well. Though it is not strictly racing, it is looing like a fun and easy to pick up co-op car driving / blowing things up game.

Both on Steam.

Whacky Wheels was a brilliant game, don't be so dismissive.

I thought revolt was a mediocre game, what about burnout paradise? I got it for free ea were giving it away over xmas.

Re volt was amazing used to play it on the PS1, another great game roll cage but don't think anyone will play that online anymore ....
