Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter

Do any of you happen to know if the adapter I have linked below supports handsfree calling as well? I have a headset with a 3.5mm Jack that I need to use with my iPhone for WFH just.

Just tested it with my iPhone XS and a pair of wired EarPods.

Works absolutely fine.
