Lightroom 3 Promo

I've just had an e-mail from Adobe offering me a full copy of Lightroom 3 for £118+VAT (so £140 ish) until 3rd June.

The £80.00 excl. VAT price for a full version of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3 is redeemable only through the Adobe Store or by calling Adobe Direct Sales and is only available to users who receive this e-mail directly from Adobe

That seems a very good price compared to other legit sellers - do Adobe have promo's very often? I've been thinking of getting LR though was going to wait until I've got my new PC together.

Aye, the e-mail is confusing:

One bit says:

Now, you can buy the full version of Lightroom 3 for only £118.00 excl. VAT – a saving of £80.00

but the small print includes what I posted originally.

Ah I thought that from his first comment but was still confused lol.

It would still be cheaper for me to buy student version. Such a big price drop on products!

PS CS5 Extended £950 down to £160!!
