Lightroom 4 oem

I've just bought a new copy of lightroom 4 but it's turned out to be an oem copy that's come with probably the cheapest digital camera I've ever seen

just wondering if lightroom upgrades are compatible with oem versions though?

I thought it was a full retail version so I've not opened them yet. The other retail version is back up in price now to £90

The little beast can capture 640x480 images, has a memory size for 25 photos and it uses a 300k cmos sensor. I'm a bit concerned about it's high iso and fps capabilities though so wondering if I should just get a d800e as anything less would stifle my creative capabilities.

It registered ok and is showing up in my account so I guess it's fine.
