Lightroom alternative for iPad Pro

Just picked up a new iPad Pro 12.9 and I’m looking for a good photo editor that supports raw and doesn’t require a monthly subscription.

Any suggestions as it seems to be a minefield of crap on the App Store .

Have you looked at Affinity Photo? I'm not sure whether it supports raw files (sorry) but I'd be pretty surprised if it didn't. I really like the desktop version of it.
