Lightroom books?

Can anyone recommend any good books for getting the best editing in photoshop?
I am thinking along the lines of replicating what various retail plugins can do etc.
I have a couple of manuals but they seems to be more about the general fundamentals and workflow than using the features to achieve effects etc.

Looking round there are loads of photos where they must have been edited to get the colour, just not sure how.

sometimes easier than a book too. Hadn't thought of searching for videos.

You can gather huge information from the official site of Photoshop. But the book which I like most related to this topic is "Adobe Photoshop CS2 Classroom in a Book".

I have also found some free presets which I am using to understand what settings were used to get that preset.
