Yep, came to post this. Very annoyingly, I bought it from them under a different listing on Sunday for £81, and have already redeemed the code. I thought that was the lowest it would go as I've never seen tit below £72.

Is this the one that basically replaces the classic installed version. I have LR 5 installed and this would upgrade it?

Yes, but I would not stack more than 5 years. I believe there is a max, I did some digging once upon a time and 5 years has stuck in the back of my mind...mine is up until Nov 2027.

You can buy the code and wait until later to redeem, so I could technically buy it today, and wait until January to apply it so I get 4 years and 10 months.

Thanks, if you're currently paying monthly do you know if you have to cancel that first, or does it pause the subscription if you add a code?

It pushes the existing sub to the back of the queue. So it says on mine "next renewal....Nov 2027"

A reminder that Amazon does this sale Every Prime Day, Black Friday and also Christmas I think.

I just buy it either Prime day or Black Friday. I have done it twice in a year hence I've managed to stacked 4 years, but now I just get it once a year.

I had seen it before but was a little put off because a few years back there were quite a few complaints from people who bought an Adobe subscription through Amazon and got it cancelled due to being an unofficial reseller. Doesn't look like that happens now though so will definitely top up every Black Friday from now on

As long as it’s Amazon and not 3rd party it’s fine. It’s people who buy it from 3rd party and days “I got it from Amazon” that was the issue.

The cheapest I've paid was £48.90 and that was November 2021. Missed the renewal this time around but just checking it seems I'm still stacked until Nov next year.
