Lights not working on my 2080

Firstly what doesn't help is I dont know the exactly model of my Asus RTX 2080 to see if its a software issue, how do i find that out please?

Secondly on the RGB fusion app, it only lists my motherboard and ram as rbg.. am I missing something here

EDIT: Ive installed asus aura and no graphics card comes up? (Should point out other then this, card works perfectly)

usually a sticker on the card tells you what model it is or sometimes can be printed on the PCB near the PCI-E contacts.

Probably turned faulty. My 2080 FE loses the illuminated GEFORCE RTX logo when it gets hot now although once occurred while idling and took a week before the LED's worked again. So while gaming the logo goes dark although still illuminated a little and returns to normal when gaming session ended.

There is a customer question on Amazon asking does the logo light up and it says this.

QDoes the asus logo light up.

A: No, only the Strix version has RGB.

Oh man, I'll just get one of those support brackets with a small light. It's only because under the card it looks like the abyss.
