Lights On, But does not work

Bought this mouse from OCUK,

The blue LED Scroll button light is on when plugged in, but the mouse does not work :confused:

I just got this cheap one for now so i can save up and get a nice one, but thats not the point, whatever the price they should work fine.

It worked for about 8 Hours of use, now it does not, its basically brand new, i have not dropped it or anything.
:confused:

Do i need some sort of drivers?

Have you tried unplugging and plugging it in again, or restarting the PC?

Try uninstalling the device/drivers and then reinstalling.

Also, try a different USB slot.

Downloaded driver, still does not work (thanks anyway)

Tried Restarting, Using different slots ect, still no life =(
