lightswitch replacement advice

Top Switch: Wire 1&2 to Common (2)on new switch & 7 old switch to other Common (1) new switch.

Old switch 5 &6 to New switch 5 &6 (L1 & L2) . Old switch 3&4 to new switch 3&4 (L1 & L2).

Marked the wires, even tape pairs together, do one lot at a time.

As above however the old switch looks like it might be upside down so your 2 x 2-way switches might be reversed!!! (i.e the left switch would now operate the light that the right switch use to)

Basically cable 2 is your supply phase (always energized) which is being linked into the other switch with the jumper cable 1 ---> 7.
That needs to be wired into either of the Common terminals on the new switch and both common terminals jumper-ed (connected together with a short piece of 1.5mm cable)
Then your old 3 & 4 and 5 & 6 are your switch live for 2-way switching for 2 separate circuits and provided they are kept in their correct pairs it doesn't matter which one goes in L1 or L2.
You just need to wire them as pairs into the correct 2-way switch so that the left and right switch operate the same circuits as before!
As they are both 2 - way switches you can simply rotate the switch if you get switch orientation wrong , however I wouldn't personally as it can place stress on the terminations, much better to re-terminate them!! Make sure you double over the cables when terminating :-)
