Hello

I was looking at devices from Lightwave RF to allow me to automate and remotely control my Sockets, Lights and radiators.

Does anyone have any experience with them and/or any useful hint, tips, guides or site links for this system

I'm also looking at the likes of Nest as well to deal with the flat overall, not sure if they can work together or not.

Any help will be gratefully received.

I use lightwaverf throughout my house to control my lights, bathroom fans and also use it to switch my heating on and off remotely.
I wouldn't get the lightwaverf hub but instead look at domoticz.
This is software that can interact with lightwaverf and a number of other home automation protocols giving you much more flexibility.
With motion sensors I've got certain lights coming on automatically at certain times of the day.
You can program logic into domoticz to make it a very clever system indeed.
I don't think the nest is controllable by domoticz but I don't think it would need to be, the nest will work alongside

Just been looking at domoticz, is this something that will run well (on a small scale, few lights and sockets) on a Raspberry Pi? I know it says its compatible on their website but just want to make sure before committing etc.

Also, what is the best make of switches and sockets to use?
