Lightweight Flexible CMS?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a decent light-weight CMS (can be PHP or ASP.NET, free or commercial, but not too expensive i.e. ExpressionEngine).

It needs to be flexible enough to fit most designs/templates, fast, but allow somebody who isn't very computer literate to login/update any text/pictures. Does anyone have any suggestions? Something like Wordpress/Joomla/Drupal seems like overkill in this situation. I'm planning on writing my own sometime, but I don't have time at the moment.

Thanks in advance!

I hadn't heard of that before; I'll definitely try it. The add-ons seem pretty expensive, but it looks impressive.

Thanks! Any others?

You don't really need any of the addons to be honest. Most of the expensive ones are not made by concrete themselves.

It really is so easy to use from an end-user perspective and its got a nice framework for making your own functionality.

n2cms - the best unobtrusive CMS i have come across.

Umbraco is a none starter for me because you have to do everything through its own interface. I want something that gives clients nice CMS use, but the website can be built in Visual Studio.
