Like a sphex but last longer

Hello folks

Recently bought a razer sphex and loved it.
Unfortunately I've only had it 2.5 months and it's worn in the middle.

I'm looking for a similar experience and feel but I can't be bothered
Replacing it every 3 months.

Any suggestions guys

Loved the fact I could flick my mouse and it moved halfway over the pad
That's what I'm after.

I agree I use the Sphex and really like it, fortunately mine has not worn though (two kids have stopped my all night gaming).

I tried the Roccat Sota which glides really nice but it started to buckle after 6 months or so.

My all time favourite is this

Glides great and took a couple of years of heavy use before it wore 'smooth'.

well just purchased one of the above after my 2nd sphex lost its out of the box feel after just 2 weeks. i only play about an hour each day

think im going to write to razer and demand a refund.

Lets hope the Steelseries is better.

Well Few weeks later the steelseries is already starting to feel worn.
Getting really sick of this now.

Can anyone recommend the following.

Extremely low friction. I'm talking flick the mouse and it glides across the pad.
And I could really do with it lasting a year or two.
