The compound bow is surprisingly good, quicker to reload than anything else for distance and takes out zombies quite quickly. Cheers for the link.

yeah got the m4a1 and the ak and the bow. Bow is awesome. Headshot those buggers... they dont get up from an arrow in the face

Also got a sawn off shotgun but didnt get a chance to try it.

I found it to be rubbish, you only get two shots then you have to reload.

The shotgun is pretty useless, not powerful enough and takes too long to reload. The AK47 and crossbow are the best combination I've found, I think my record might be 29 days but I wasn't really paying attention so it could have been more.

38 days and 1102 zombies killed.

M4 was my friend, although I did find the AK47 to be better. The Uzis 50 round magazine was pretty handy though.
