Sort of off topic, but does that mean e.g. classical music can be legally shared? Nobody surely owns the copywrite to it now?

Very good point ! here here ! Anyway how can they really police file sharing ? its the way music and films will go , and i remember in the 70's we use to tape music from records onto tape ,was that wrong too i ask ?? strange how things have gone into the nanny state ! but as you mentioned its what you download that is the problem,NOT the downloading of files i believe ..sorry ranting alittle !
