Is there a way i can limit my uploads in my super hub 2 as im being traffic managed daily

Ive got xbmc running on a htpc and i want to limit what it uploads as its killing my internet

sort the reason for the uploads, what is being uploaded, you must know surely
it doesn't just upload that amount for no reason
