Limiting home drive share size

Hi

In Server 2008 R2 how do you limit the size of each users home drive to let's say 1GB.

Is there a way of automatically limiting the size for every new home drive that is created?

Use quotas:

Ensure the quotas are set at the correct level else it will apply as a cumulative level rather than per subfolder, a colleague learnt this recently....
