Limiting wireless bandwidth on Orange Livebox?

As per title, can I limit the bandwidth available on my Orange Livebox?

Basically my flat mate's PC is using all the bandwidth while he downloads so I want to limit its bandwidth. He is using wireless I am using wired so if I had to limit all wireless connections to the router that wouldn't be a problem.

Any advice would be greatly received.

You probably going to stuggle as most domestic routers do not offer you this sort of configuration. I assume as your living with this guy so you get on with him reasonably well, surely you could just ask him to limit his downloading to hours when other people are not using he net much?

I've never understood how some poeple manage to continuously download stuff for months on end surely there isn't enough time ti watch and listen to all this stuff or am I just underestimating the amount of Pron some people require!
